Largret was always very active in the community. She taught 4-H and Sunday school.  She sang in many choirs, was a member of the Teeswater Rebekahs and was a life member of both the WMS and Women’s Institute. She went on exchanges to PEI and England. Largret loved to travel and loved to tell of her many adventures. She also spent much of her time researching family history as  family was always very important.

A funeral service will be held from the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Ripley, on Thursday July 21, 2022 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Ripley Cemetery. Donations to the Kincardine District Community Living or Purple Grove Community Centre are greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
