Klaus Friedemann Heinisch
June 13, 1938
June 21, 2022
He came to Canada in 1958 as a 20-year-old seeking new adventure and opportunity. He forged a wonderful life with his wife and sons with hard work, determination and loyalty. Sadly, Klaus Friedemann Heinisch, beloved husband of Janet “Dianne” Heinisch (nee MacDonald), passed away peacefully at Trillium Court, Kincardine, on Tuesday June 21, 2022 at the age of 84. He was born in Glatz, Germany on June 13, 1938 to the late Klara (Rathner) and Josef Heinisch. Greatly missed by his two sons Joseph (Janet) Heinisch and Karl (Christine) Heinisch and cherished Opa of Klara, Tyler, Kayla and Nicholas. Remembered by sisters Johanna (Harry) Wirtulars and Ursula (Enno) Heinisch-Teike, brother-in-law Jack (Christine) MacDonald, nieces Monika (Dierk) Schittkowski and Susanne Dethloff (Wirtulars), and nephews Darrin (Charlie) MacDonald and Matt (Meaghan) MacDonald. Also survived by great nieces and nephews in Germany and Canada. Following Klaus’ wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at the Ripley Cemetery. A public celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ripley Community Centre or the Lion’s Foundation of Canada Dog Guides are greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
