So sorry to hear of John's passing. My mom, Winnie, was a Farrish but we are unable to attend John's visitation as she is in a nursing home now.  However, we are keeping the family in our thoughts & prayers.

Mamma's Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys...was the song John and I learned to play on guitars in Calgary 1979. I met and worked with John at the BNPD. We had some good times. A great guy who has left us all too soon. He will be missed. Condolences to family.

John was a good natured , easy going  fellow I have enjoyed knowing and working with for many many years. I would always look for him at an auction or farm meeting.
