Just learned of Les' passing last night at lodge. He was an integral part of our fraternity and is missed. I discussed with him his art work and the raising of miniture schnauzers on occasion. I mentioned a few times that he was responsable for Charlie Mann getting to 94 as he had to walk his two schnauzers twice a day - six klm total in any kind of weather. Les made a positiive difference in this world. Sorry for your loss Pam. |

Sorry for your loss. Les was a great friend and brother at our lodge. I often saw him around town and in the park, he always had a kind word and a firm handshake. |

My sincere condolences to Les's family on his passing. I worked with Les for a number of years at Bruce A and always enjoyed his perspective and outlook on life, his sense of humour and his common sense. I also benefited from his work experieinces as well as some of his outside work experieinces. He will be missed. RIP Les. |

I am very saddened to learn of Les's passing. He was too young for sure! I had the privilege, along with my late wife Anna, of looking after the family's insurance until our retirement in Sept 2012. I will always remember Les as a most pleasant guy to deal with and a joy to have as a client. I extend my condolences to all. Rest in Peace Les. So sorry to hear about Les' passing and condolences to Pam and the family. I knew Les for many years in Freeport and Kincardine. It was always a pleasure to have a chat with him. He had a wry sense of humour, which I think suited us both. He will be missed. |

Condolences to the whole family. So sorry for your loss. Les and I had many midnight discussions while working shift at Bruce A. Les got a few bags of mixed grain from me to feed his chickens while living on highway 9. Great guy. He will surely be missed. |
