Evelyn Marguerite Hackett, beloved wife and best friend of the late D.A. (David) for 66 years passed away, December 19, 2021, at age 88 years, formerly of Lucknow. Proud mother of Joan & Terry Hays, Lori & Gary Melitzer, Paul & Ellen Hackett. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Richard Hays, Dennis & Amber Hays, Sara & Josh Pond, Amie & Michael Gray, Alyssa & Shane Burke, Dylan Hackett and 4 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Alex & Lavina Leaver, sister Jean Walker and Doris Leaver (infancy), brothers-in-law George, Alvin, Howard, sister-in-law, Barb and grandson Alexander Hackett. Survived by sister-in-law Zita Hackett.
