My condolences to all of Ilene's family

I remember Ilene fondly from the times we would spend together as very young  cousins.  Distance meant I haven't seen her very often, but when we met there was always the connection I felt from childhood.

She will be missed.

So sorry for your loss.  I remember your mom from my brownie days. I believe her name there was Tawny Owl.  Edith you tagged along on our weekend adventures and your mom always made it fun.

I was so very sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I have such fond memories of my many playdates with my bestfriend Edith, the great play area in the side porch, the ice rink every winter and your Mom's always caring presence. She was also very present in guiding starting with being our Brown Owl. She touched many peoples lives and will be truly missed. Hugs and love to Joanne, Edith and Donny

What a shock to hear of Ilene's passing. We had just connected during Covid for some very special telephone chats.

Joanne, Heather and Andrea.  So sorry to hear of the death of your mom/grandmother.  No matter how old we are or they are, it is still difficult to lose them.  We're sure you have many wonderful memories to sustain you in the difficult days ahead.

My sympathy to all of Ilene's family. Greer's was a well known business in town and your mom, as I remember, was always involved with the Guiding organization. Another graceful lady who instilled small town values gone but what memories you will have. Betty Anne (Hunter)
