Please accept our condolences on the loss of your dad. May the happy memories you hold dear help ease your loss during this time of darkness in your family.
I met Manfred and Joan through Aquafit classes at the YMCA. After Joan's passing, Manfred continued to attend as faithfully as he could, claiming he always felt better when he started the day off in the water. (I agree!) He usually had time for a chat, and I knew when his appointments, treatments, etc. were. When Aquafit classes were suspended due to COVID-19 I lost track of him. I am sorry to hear that he has lost his battle, and particularly sorry that we will not be able to resume our chats. My sincere sympathy to all those near and dear to him.
Our condolences to all the family. Manfred will be missed by his many friends and neighbours. It was a pleasure to listen to the stories that he passed on. RIP Manfred.
I am verry sorry to hear about your father's passing. You will be in my thoughts and prayers for tomorrow and strenght for the coming days. Sincerely Elly Pennings
Our heartfelt sympathy with loving memories of our longtime friend Manfred. "Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday, unseen, unheard but always near, in memories we hold so dear."
We will miss those wonderful visits and the good times we spent together.
Sincere condolences for your loss. While helping your Grandma Ethel I lovely memories of your parents and the love in your family. Sincerely, Carol Lahey
My sincerest condolences to the family. I came to know Manfred through the Tuesday afternoon curling group. Manfred was a regular, cheerful addition to the group. It was easy to see how he enjoyed even the smaller things in life, like a friendly game, a hot cup of coffee and the odd treat or two. He will be missed.
We were saddened to hear that your Dad has passed away. Our prayers and thoughts as you go through the next few days celebrating the wonderful life of Manfred. I always enjoyed your Dad's laugh and kind words--he always saw joy in the world.
Thinking of you, Vicky and Doug. So sorry for your loss. From your conversations about him, he truly was a man of the soil who loved the trees and land. What a legacy you have with rich stories and passion for growing things. A life well lived.
