Daniel Karpyshyn, 36, of Vanastra, died tragically December 15, 2020 in a car accident. Dearly missed by his partner Kim Rapley and daughter Aurora Karpyshyn-Rapley of Vanastra, son Nathan Mahon, brother Joe and Lisa Karpyshyn of Clinton, sister Taylor Karpyshyn and Vincent Champeval of Marsh Lake, Yukon Territory, grandmother Lois Walden of Lucknow, parents Lynda Walden of Niagara Falls and father Mark Cyluck of Calgary, Alberta. Also aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his cherished grandfather Glen Walden of Lucknow. Dan was born August 29, 1984 in Victoria, BC, finishing high school at F.E. Madill Secondary School in Wingham. He currently worked at EFS Plastics night shift in Listowel. Dan loved soccer and the summer baseball teams he played with since a boy. He grew up also loving movies and video gaming and family time. Due to covid restrictions, a private funeral service will take place at the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow. In lieu of flowers, donations toward a trust fund for Aurora are greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy.Donations
