Carol Nina Mackenzie of Tiverton passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 25, 2020 at Huron Shores Hospice, Tiverton. She was 75 years old. Beloved wife of Bruce MacKenzie for 55 years. Dear mother of Tracy & Glen McDonell of Kincardine, and Jackie & Dan Johnson of Ripley. Cherished grandma of Kaitlyn (Robyn) of Waterloo, Jason (Angel) of Bowmanville, and Mathew and Hayley of Ripley. Carol is survived by her brother Lorne Hall of London and sister Marilyn Ryan of Kincardine. Predeceased by her parents Lorne and Nina Hall, sister June Inkster and brother Jim Hall. Carol was a huge hockey fan if the game involved any of her grandchildren. She loved travelling all over with Bruce. Many will remember her as the smiling face greeting them as they hopped on the school bus in the morning. She was a kind, happy and sweet person. Following Carol's wishes a private family graveside service will be held at Tiverton Cemetery.

Jackie, I just read about your mom. I am so sorry for your loss. My mom died in May age 90, so I understand your grief. From the photo, her smiling face is just like yours, or yours is just like hers! You are also remembered by Dave Taylor and Janet Greathouse of Texas. Thinking about you & giving you a virtual hug. Sandra Forster
