Andrew Riendeau of Ripley and formerly of Kincardine passed away at Huron Shores Hospice, Tiverton with family at his side. He was 87 years old. Beloved husband of Isabel (Borrie) for 68 years. Dear father of Denis (Sherry) of Nova Scotia, Marcel of Alberta, Andrew (Shelley) of Kincardine, Rhonda (Joe) Camlis of Stoney Point, and Lyse (Bill) Stormont of Kirkland Lake. Greatly missed by his 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Germaine, his twin sister Yvonne, and Simone, sister-in law Yolande, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his daughter in law Karen, his parents William & Helene Riendeau, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Andrew always had a cheerful greeting and a broad smile for everyone he met. He and Isabel could often be found enjoying coffee and sharing stories with the "Morning Gang" at Tim Hortons. When it was time to downsize Andrew and Isabel chose R-Villa as their retirement home. The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the staff and residents of R-Villa for their kindness, friendship and help. Andrew's last days were spent at Huron Shores Hospice surrounded by the love of his family and receiving much appreciated compassionate care from the hospice staff. Following Andrew's wishes private family arrangements have been entrusted to MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Ripley.
