Obituary

Ruth Margaret Jardine (Dahmer), of Lucknow passed away at Wingham Hospital on January 9, 2020. She was 89 years old. Beloved wife of the late Ken Jardine who predeceased her in 2006. Ruth was born on February 1, 1930 in Milverton, Ontario to the late Effie (Sage) & William Dahmer. Dear mother of Sherry (Gary) Reavie of Point Clark, Brian (Bev) Jardine of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and sons-in-law Dave Schiestel of Wingham, and Barry Gardner of Kitchener. Missed by her 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Rick & his wife Barbara, her daughters Brenda and Mary, siblings Arnetta Thompson, John Dahmer, and Verna Johnston. Visitation will be held at MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow on Saturday January 11, 2020 from 11:00 AM until the time the funeral service is conducted at 1:00 PM. Rev. Peggy Kinsman officiating. Spring Interment at South Kinloss Cemetery.
