Jiskje “Jackie” Duiker formerly of Lucknow passed away at Trillium Court, Kincardine on April 13, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Hendrik Duiker who predeceased her in 2010. Sadly missed by her children: Wilma and (John) Hordyk of Port Burwell, Matty Geier of Guelph, Kathy (Ken) Zettler of Guelph, Jeannette (Fred) Winterburn of RR#3, Ripley, Renee (Don) Evans of Kincardine, and Richard Duiker of Fergus. Survived by her 13 grandchildren: Katelyn, Nathaniel, Matthew, Jason, Laura, Ethan, Jessica, Raquel, Dylan, Delaney, Rylee, Josef, and Paige. Also survived by her sisters Renny, Lucy, and Kathy, and her sister in law Akke. Predeceased by 2 brothers, 2 sisters and son-in-law Richard Geier. Visitation will be held at MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow on Wednesday April 17, 2019 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 AM from the Lucknow Community Christian Reformed Church. Pastor Tim Leferink officiating. Interment at South Kinloss Cemetery.

My sincere sympathy to all of Jackie’s family on her passing. She was such a sweet, gentle, easy going, kind lady. I always enjoyed our talks when I looked after her at Trillium. Jackie had such a warm welcoming smile whenever you spoke to her. She was truly a wonderful lady.
