Clare and I wish to express our deepest sympathies to Helen, Cathy, Joan, Connie and Paul. I have vivid memories of growing up on a farm in Huron Township across the road from Alan and family. Alan was the best neighbour that anyone could have. He was always keen to pitch iand help when his neighbours needed assistance and he never waited to be asked. He was a always a very hard worker and a good friend to my mother and father.
