Obituary

Betty Ann Christie, passed away at Pinecrest Manor, Lucknow on Saturday March 10, 2018 at the age of 86. Greatly missed by daughter Brenda Christie and Carol Anderson of Point Clark. Sister of Mable (Bill) Culbert of Alma, Michigan, Barbara (Lee) Bennett of Yorkton, Saskatchewan and Diana (Rick) Strype of New Hamburg. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents George "Herman" and Margaret Anger, and sisters Katherine "Kay" Hruska, Mildred "Midcey" Barclay, and Carol Kuzuk. A private family service will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations made to your local Pet Rescue or Horticultural Society are greatly appreciated.

My sincerest condolences to Brenda, Carol and family. Momma Betty meant so much to so many. I have fond memories of weekend breakfasts, homemade chocolates, riding the snowmobiles, playing with the dogs and cats at the farm and so many more that I'll treasure dearly. We are lucky to have know her and to have loved her.
