We were sorry to read about Glen’s passing. He was a good community minded person. Your family loss is also Lucknow’s loss. Our thoughts go out to you.
Sending our thoughts & condolences on the passing of your husband, father & grandfather. We always appreciated the advice and kind gentleman words from Glen as the Bruce County Holstein cattle rep. He had a keen eye for dairy cattle and helped us with our herd dispersal many years ago. We always welcomed his visits to our farm. Cherish his memories and times you spent together.
I would like to share my sympathy with Glen's family and friends during this difficult time. I am very sorry for your loss. I first met Glen at the Bruce County Holstein Shows in Walkerton, and later we crossed paths at the Ontario Miss Midwest Pageant in Walkerton. Glen was always so pleasant to speak with, he seemed so interested and supportive of youth, and always had a friendly smile on his face. There is no doubt, he will be missed.
Cheryl Leifso (Hammell) Bruce County 4-H Member and Ontario Miss Midwest Queen, 1997
To Lois, Nancy , Linda , and all Glens family our deepest sympathy. Always enjoyed my chats with Glen over the years . He kept busy and interested in everything going on around him especially in the rural community. He loved being needed and looking after you all. Thinking of you at this difficult time . Will see you at spring interment.
Our sincere sympathy to Glen's family. We first met Glen when he had Hereford cows and calves. We will always remember his sincerity and contageous smile and wit. Thankful for the opportunity to have been a recipient of his great personality and wisdom.
