Wilma Elliott of Ripley and formerly of Lucknow, died sudddenly in her home on October 5, 2017 at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of the late Ellwood Elliott who predeceased her in 2006. Wilma was born in Eastman, Quebec on February 10, 1936 to the late Nellie (Phaneuf) and Walter Chesbro. Dear mom of Bruce and Nazneen of Whitby, and David and Michelle of Ripley. Cherished "gramma" of Justin, Brenden, Yasmin and Gavin and great-grandma of Madden, and Ashelynn. Survived by her sister Rhoda Chesbro and by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Bob, Maurice, and Esther. Visitation will be held at the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow on Tuesday October 10, 2017 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Marilynne Gilchrist officiating.
