Claudette Sonja May West-Clarke died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family & friends on Thursday May 12, 2016. Claudette was predeceased by her parents Claude and Joyce West and by her brother Laurence. She is sadly missed by her beloved & doting husband Claude, to whom she was married for almost 44 years; as well as her sisters Patricia, Faith, Carol and Deborah and her brothers Carl, Earl and Bryan. Claudette was born in the Parish of Saint Andrew on the lovely island of Jamaica. Her family immigrated to Canada in the early 1960's. Claudette was a loyal and dedicated servant of Jehovah for over 50 years. Because of her strong faith and love for Jehovah; she was moved to serve frequently as an auxiliary pioneer and also as a regular pioneer for 13 years. Claudette assisted many to get to know and love Jehovah. Claudette was well known for her warm, tranquil and loving demeanor which was appealing to all. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and her fellow worshippers in the Hamilton, Kitchener, Burlington, and Kincardine congregations. Public Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 20 at 3 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1628 Concession Rd 5, Kincardine, ON N2Z 2X6.
