So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. It is sad to see that generation all gone now.

I had the priviledge of calling Bill my uncle and was speechless when asked to be a pall bearer in his funeral service. My location did not allow for me to fulfill my duty, but the reason for my absence I know would be understood by Uncle Bill. I was humbled by the request and honoured to know this great man respected me as much as I respected him. I am forever in debt too the service he did for our country in world war 2. Also for the tight-knit family values/lifestyle he helped shape, in mine and my families life. I'm proud to call Bill my uncle and he will be dearly missed by myself. My thoughts are with the whole Caesar family.
We were so sorry to hear of Great Uncle Bill's passing. He was a wonderful husband and companion to Great Aunt Cora. Our heartfelt sympathy to the Caesar family. Lois & Bob Sinclair and family
