Jean Paul Lalonde of Clinton, died January 4th, 2015 at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital in Goderich at the age of 85. He was the beloved husband of Ann (Clark) for 64 years. Jean was born on April 5, 1929 in Tilbury, Ontario to the late Edna (Lauzon) and Henry Lalonde. He will be greatly missed by his children: Denise & Edward Morris of Clinton, Susan & Jack Hotchkiss of Wingham, Paul & Betty of Auburn, and John & Sarah of Scarborough. Dear grandpa of Shawn, Claire, and Clark and great-grandpa of Chelsey, Courtney and Trenton. Survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Predeceaesed by his son Danny, son-in-law Dan Bellmore, grandson Jeremy, and 3 siblings. A funeral mass will be conducted at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Goderich on Saturday January 10, 2015 at 11:00 am. Father G. Ducharme officiating. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Kingsbridge. Donations to the War Amps, or the Canadian Cancer society are greatly appreciated.

So sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I remember the night he and Ann tried to teach me how to play bridge. I was hopeless but it was good of Jean to attempt it! My best wishes to all.
