Ross Lockwood, beloved husband of Shirley Lockwood (Beattie), of Ripley, passed away at the Kincardine Hospital on Saturday November 29, 2014 at the age of 90. He was born in Danville, Quebec on August 2, 1924 to the late Miriam (Messenger) and John Lockwood. Dear Father of Allan (Melanie) Lockwood of Kemptville, Helen (Edward) Smith of Smiths Falls, Bev (Joe) Fry and Gail (Ron) Lotton all of Ripley. Also greatly missed by 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Predeceased by son-in-law Kermit Goodhue. Visitation will be held at MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Ripley on Monday December 1, 2014 from 7-9 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel on Tuesday December 2, 2014 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment at a later date in Danville, Quebec.Donations
