Obituary

Dorothy Murray, beloved wife of the late Donald Murray, of Lucknow passed away at Pinecrest Manor on Monday April 14, 2014 at age 83. She was born on November 1, 1930 in Ashfield Township to the late Clara (Ritchie) and Nelson Raynard. Dear Mother of Marjorie (Steve) Hackett of Lucknow, Reid (Sandra) Murray of Port Albert and Marlene Murray (Rick) of Vanastra. Also greatly missed by daughter-in-law Jackie Murray of Lucknow, grandchildren Ryan (Jackie), Chris (Laura), Mark, Joe (Hayley), Dan (Stephanie), Gina, Donalda, Shania, Roxanne and Chantel and great grandchildren Sloane, Charley and Boyd. Survived by sisters Lillian Irvin of Lucknow and Ruth Shropshall of Clinton, brothers Doug (MaryLou) Raynard of Listowel, Bruce (Norma) Raynard of Lucknow and Chris Raynard of Goderich and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Allan. Visitation will be held at MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow on Friday April 18, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel on Saturday April 19, 2014 at 11 AM.

We were sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. She was always in our midst when we would visit our mom at Pinecrest. While she would not say much she was always listening to our conversation and would look on with interest and occassionly particpating with a nod.
