We want to express our deepest sympathy to both of you, and we feel so bad for you. I will certainly miss all of you in the summer months, and it is so unbelievable that your beloved is gone. We had another funeral on Friday afternoon at Southampton United Church, and therefore couldn't attend your burial. We are thinking of you at this difficult time, and keep in touch with me anytime you feel the need to talk. We had some great times at the cottage. Hope that you get through these hard times, and know we have you in our thoughts. leverne and larry misch
Mr. & Mrs. Hunter, it was with great shock and sadness that I heard of Wanda's passing. I was Wanda's EA for approximately 3 years and her friend for 8 1/2.
I was hoping to get the opportunity to say one last good bye today but unfortunately with road closures and poor visibility I was unable to attend the funeral.
Wanda has been there with me through some extremely difficult times (she was my mother hen). I will miss her smile, laughter, love for the leafs, phone calls, updates on Bud and Red Lobster lunches.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything that I can assist you with. Also, I would appreciate if you could contact me with regards to Wanda's burial service so that I might say one last good bye to my dear friend.
My heart goes out to you at this time,
Samantha

Isobel and Jim: As you remember happy times with Wanda, may you be reminded that others also have their memories of her happy face and big smile. I will miss our little conversations when I was home for visits. With Sympathy. Thinking of you. Wendy MacKenzie-Toney
Dear Isabel and Jim
My thoughts and prayers have been with you since I learned of Wanda's illness and passing. We were such close friends in youth and continued to stay in touch over the years, although distance made that a bit more difficult. We shared lots from playing that pump organ at Zion Church, Sunday School, creating many dishes, posters and plays for 4-H, and sharing summer vacations. I will miss her wit and laugh and I am sure you are experiencing great sadness. May you cherish the many fond memories and the special place she has in your hearts. All my love. Donna

To the family of Wanda.
Wanda began our friendship at Base Borden in 1984.
We took trips together and helped each othe through some very difficult times. My son, Sergei and his family knew of the closeness of our relationship.
Few people recognized the depth and sincerity of Wanda's heart that helped make her an excellent teacher and guidance advisor.
Unfortunately, my poor health stops me from coming to her funeral.
I will miss her!
She was and will continue to be my friend of my heart!!.

Dear Jim and Isabel. So sorry and shocked to read of Wanda's passing. She will be missed by many and especially you. I will visit when I get home. God Bless. Mae.
I was a collegue of Wanda's and worked with her at Elmvale High School when she was in the Special Ed. Department. I admired Wanda's love for her Special Ed. students. She treated them with compassion and as if they were one of her own. Wanda impacted many lives in her years of teaching. I will miss her, Taudie
I worked with Wanda at Base Borden Collegiate and again at Elmvale. She had a heart for students who needed special support. My condolences to her family.
So very sorry to hear about Wanda. Our thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Isabel and Jim - I am so very sorry to hear about Wanda's death. Even though we had not really kept in touch over the years, I do have very fond memories of our friendship during our year's at high school in Wingham and then at the University of Windsor. We shared three great years at the university and had a lot of laughs and good times together. My thoughts and prayers are with you both and other members of Wanda's family and her friends. May she rest in peace. My deepest sympathy.....
