Dear Pollock Familly,
The terrible news of Rob's accident reached me while I was on vacation. Please accept by sincerest condolences to the loss of you husband and father. Rob was working for me at Chantry for several years. I have enjoyed working with him and I knew that I could always rely on him. Unfortunately, business commitments prevent me from attending the funeral service tomorrow. I wish your family all strength and faith to cope with the loss and to live on how I'm sure Rob would have wanted it.
Sincerely Yours,
