So sorry to hear that Ronnie has past away. Don't hear all the Ripley news when you don't live there anymore. He was genuine man who always could stop and talk even if it was only brief as he use to stay pretty bust at times with his business. Sure heard lots of stories when he had his welding/fabrication shop across the road from where I lived at the time. Hopefully all the good memories bring smiles to your face as I know it is difficult when you lose a loved one. He will be greatly missed by all who got to know him and I am sure he won't be forgotten for a long time. He sure was a great man.
RIP Ron

Aunt Lynn, Christina, Michael & Dianne,
Uncle Ronnie was a sweetheart. He was always kind and cheerful whenever we met up as family and I used to talk about him to my hubby (common-law) because they seemed so much alike, hoping they would meet some day if ever Scotty & I made it over that side towards home. Sadly, my hubby also passed away in February this year, and it's been horrible. I know you'll all miss Uncle Ronnie greatly and it's difficult. I still replay everything in my head daily. It's been pretty lonely here without Scotty... he really brightened the place up. Uncle Ronnie's bright and wonderful presence will be missed as well. I suppose they live on through us... though it has been quite upsetting without Scotty here in body, but I still remember all the wonderful things he said when things were well. You'll cry, you'll laugh at the fond memories, you'll think he's right there still somehow and then you'll cry again. Aunt Lynn... I'm so sorry for the pain you and the family are in right now. Uncle Ronnie was a good and honourable man. Hugs & Love from this side*. Hang on in there, they tell me it gets better with time... but you're not alone.
My sincere condolences to Ronnie's entire family and his many friends. He will surely be missed by many.
Cherish the happy memories and share them with each other as you move forward.
Lynn, have heard and read some lovely stories about your husband Ronnie. Regardless of the situation, it always comes as a shock. Deepest sympathies to you and your entire family. Sincerely Joan
