From the West coast of the country I have only just heard this saddening news. Jack and I worked together for many years at Cover-All, he was an amazing co-worker and friend. Always ready with quick wit and an impeccable sense of humour. The office halls and conferences meeting were never boring with Jack around! We had Cover-All jam nights on Thursdays for a while and Jack would often steal the show and get a laugh with "A little ditty about Jack and Diane" He sure did love his wife and kids! During our work days he'd often have to ring me 10 times a day for some question or another and even though it showed on my phone who in the office was calling he'd always say, Hey Pam, it's just Jack! All these years we've periodically kept in touch to catch up, he'd tell me about what he's been up to with work or doing at the camp, tell me something wonderful about his kids or Diane. Mostly we'd have great conversations about our shared love of wood working. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure to meet, work with and befriend such a salt of the earth kind of guy. To Trevor, Diane and family, my heartfelt condolences. To Just Jack, the world is little less bright without you in it. You will be miss my friend.
Jack my friend we're very sorry to hear this news. God bless you and your family. Glad to have known you if only for a short time. I really enjoyed your company traveling around Alberta and Saskatchewan, you will be sadly missed.
DIane, Maren, Emma, Jean and families, We are so very sorry to learn of the passing of Jack so suddenly, May your many memories bring comfort in the days ahead. Jackson W.I., Paisley

So saddened by this news. Jack was an amazing person! Many great memories of the laughs and great times we had working together at CoverAll....he had such a great sense of humor. Our thoughts are with you all at this time, cherish the great memories I am sure you all have.
Joyce, Diane and family, my deepest condolences. He is gone way before his time.
Such fond memories: the fall he and Joe did most of the roof on the shack at the bush property, camping there every May long weekend and the occasional fall or winter camping. Also lots of late nite poker games at various cabin followed by late night snowmobile rides home.
He will be missed by everyone’s life he touched.
Our deepest condolences to your family at the tragic loss of your dear husband and father. May you be comforted in knowing so many people are with you during your time of grief. We only met Jack once at Emma's graduation but have kept in touch with stories through Emma and her friend Kayla Katerynuk our granddaughter.

My heart breaks to hear of Jacks passing. He was a great guy. From going to public/high school together, riding the same bus to school everyday to occasionally meeting up at the arena at the girls games, Jack was always an old friend who had time to say hello. May your loving memories bring some comfort during this time and the days to follow.

We were greatly saddened to hear of Jack’s passing.
We express our deepest and sincere sympathies to you and your family.
I am left without words, and cannot fully express my condolences to Jack's family enough. My sadness is lifted by remembering the great times we shared, ATVing at my sisters cottage, fishing at Shades Mills, decorating Junior Farmers floats and as always.. there he was with that infectious smile playing guitar and singing around the fire.
These memories and many many more will be how I, remember Jack.
To Vahalla my friend, until we meet again.

A good man gone to soon, so sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers ❤️
Soooo sorry to hear this Diane and girls! Jack holds a special place in my heart because he was the parent volunteer in my group during Challenge Day one year. We both open our hearts that day and it's amazing the empathy you feel for someone when they disclose pretty personal information! Unfortunately we will be out west visiting daughter Kayla and grandkids and won't be home for the Celebration of Life. We will definitely be thinking of you that day.
I didn't know that Jack played guitar! In honour of him, I might just get mine out and play a few "campfire" tunes!
