Having been a neighbour and life time friend to the Stanely family many of my earliest memories include Bill. These memories always end with a smile. 

I am one of Bill's cousins from out west.  Spent many summers at the farm with Billy and Bobby.  Never a dull moment with them at either the farm, shop, or feed mill.  Billy always had a smile and could make you laugh at any time.  I will miss you Billy, you touched so many lives.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Bill

My sincere condolences to Bill’s family.  I was re-acquainted with Bill only a couple weeks ago, after being away for many years.  Bill was the same person I remembered from 40 years ago, always in good humour and ready to lend a hand.  Gone too soon.

I remember the parties and snowmobiling trips we shared and how he tried to convince a woman behind the desk at the hotel, that he was my son...lol.  The "Bervie Boys" that have passed, in particular my late husband Pat (aka Pugsly Wugsly as Bill called him) would be there to greet him as his soul moved on. What I know for sure is, life moves on and the best way to get thru it is to take one hour or one day at a time, surrounding yourselves with family and dear friends.
